Job Title:

SPOC Engineer

Job Summary:

The SPOC Engineer serves as the primary point of contact between customers, field teams, and internal departments. The role involves coordinating fault management, monitoring service requests, ensuring timely issue resolution, and maintaining effective communication throughout the incident lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for telecom incidents and service requests.
Monitor network alarms and incident tickets.
Coordinate with field engineers and technical teams for fault resolution.
Escalate critical issues according to escalation procedures.
Track incidents until full resolution and closure.
Provide regular status updates to customers and management.
Maintain accurate records in ticketing systems.
Prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
Ensure SLA compliance.
Support network operations and service delivery activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC), telecom operations, or technical support.
Required Skills:
Experience with ticketing and incident management systems.
Knowledge of telecom networks and fault management.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in shifts if required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
