Job Title:

Telecom Technician

Job Summary:

The Telecom Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting telecom equipment to ensure reliable network performance and service continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and maintain telecom equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Troubleshoot network faults and restore services.
Conduct site inspections and routine checks.
Replace faulty equipment and components.
Maintain maintenance records and reports.
Support network upgrades and new installations.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
Coordinate with supervisors during maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in telecom maintenance.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of telecom systems.
Good troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to work under pressure.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Willingness to travel to field sites.
