Telecom Supervisor

Telecom Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Telecom Supervisor is responsible for overseeing telecom operations, managing field teams, ensuring network availability, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with company standards and service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily telecom field operations.
Lead and manage telecom technicians and engineers.
Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure network uptime and service quality.
Coordinate fault resolution and escalation with relevant departments.
Prepare operational and performance reports.
Monitor spare parts, tools, and equipment availability.
Ensure compliance with HSE and company policies.
Support project implementation and site acceptance.
Conduct team performance evaluations and provide technical guidance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications operations.
At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team management.
Knowledge of telecom infrastructure.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Planning and organizational skills.
Good communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
