We’re Hiring (Power Supervisor)

Job Description:
• Supervise power-related maintenance and troubleshooting activities across assigned sites.
• Monitor generator performance, fuel consumption, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Follow up on power alarms and coordinate with teams to restore services promptly.
• Ensure availability and reliability of power systems (Generators, Rectifiers, Batteries, ATS, and AC units).
• Keep accurate records of maintenance, fuel, and spare parts usage.
• Support Zone Manager in planning and implementing power-related projects.
• Enforce safety standards and ensure proper documentation of all power works.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years in power systems or telecom field
• Strong knowledge of power systems and maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with telecom site environments and remote monitoring systems (RMS).
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to lead technicians and coordinate field work effectively.
• Proficient in MS Excel and maintenance reporting tools.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Power / Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom power systems or industrial maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with generators, rectifiers, and DC systems is a must.
