We’re Hiring(Zone Manager)

Job Description:
• Supervise and manage all operations within the assigned zone to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Monitor maintenance activities, power systems, and site availability KPIs.
• Coordinate with technical teams (Power, Transmission, FM, and Security) to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure implementation of preventive maintenance schedules and follow up on corrective actions.
• Manage zone resources, including manpower, vehicles, tools, and materials.
• Prepare regular reports on site performance, outages, and team productivity.
• Liaise with the management and other departments to ensure targets and SLAs are achieved.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met across all zone operations.
Requirements:
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills (English & Arabic).
• Ability to handle multiple teams and prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Good knowledge of telecom infrastructure (Power systems, Generators, Rectifiers, AC units, etc.).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronic / Telecom Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in telecom or technical operations.
• Previous experience in team leadership or supervisory roles preferred.
